Lettuce Lake Park

A friend and I went to Lettuce Lake Park to practice shooting. I decided I need to get back in the habit of using my camera on manual setting and tried it out all day. I messed up a lot but it's ok, I have a digital camera! So here were the results, probably a bit boring but I wanted to post them anyways.

January/February Family Birthdays

We had family birthdays at Jackie and David's house for January and February. Of course, I ended up taking mostly photos of the children but there were adults there, I promise.

So cute!

Love her face!

Dessert time!

Fondue was amazing!

Happy Birthday Uncle David and Ross!

Happy Birthday Claire and Grandma!

I love Ella's face in this one

Wine & Food Tasting Event

I loved this event! It was so colorful and at an amazing house on the water in St. Pete. I really loved these photos because of all the color even though it was a relatively small event and probably won't make it in the magazine. This was seriously someone's house, how crazy is that?!?

Daddy's Girl

On several occasions I have caught Daddy snuggling with Bella. Although he claims he hates the way she smells, hates the way she licks, and hates for her to be on the furniture, clearly he does not mean that. She is certainly a little princess and no one can resist her charm, not even her father.

Sojourn

This last event was a French inspired ball benefiting WEDU in St. Pete. It was relatively small in comparison to the others but equally as charming. The centerpieces were kind of unique and the color combination was quite fun to photograph. The evening consisted of dinner, awards, a ballet presentation, and a few other sources of entertainment that I did not photograph. The event was running behind schedule and very packed so we opted to leave without photographing the band.

The French greeters at the entrance.

This centerpiece was exceptionally unique!

The back of it had feathers.

The other centerpieces

Favors were masks for each guest, this was my favorite!

Eiffel Tower display made of rose petals and other various flowers, so pretty!
